It is our mission at COPPER'S Treasure Chest to promote the art and crafts work of indigenous peoples. Since World travel first began, there has been a great interest in the items produced by these peoples. Yet, throughout history, it has been a pattern that the Native creates*, and receives very little in exchange for his goods.

Through the practices of Fair Trade, each artist is ensured to receive a rate of exchange guaranteed to cover the cost of their materials, labor, and enough to sustain a living for the artist and their family. We at Copper's Treasure Chest believe this is the ONLY fair, and appropriate way to do business.

*Due to the hand made nature of these items, some variations will occur from piece to piece.
