This bi-plane is piloted by a 7 inch Stuffed Teddy Bear - ready for take off on top of the diaper cake. The bear can be removed later to snuggle with baby.
The airplane is made from baby items; diapers, bottles, Q-tips. It measures about 11 inches tall, 13.5 inches long and 12 inches wide (This is a glued decoration and not intended to be used - this is not a toy).

Every new parent can use more diapers! The cake is a 12 inch layer made of three (3) dozen (36 size 1-2) diapers. (note: rubber bands are used in construction but they do not touch the inside of the diapers).
