Our Store Return Policy Basics
Returns within 10 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via K-game and movie.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order.

Customers who wish to return products are directed to the TripleClicks Customer Care area. You will confirm with us (through the ECA Center) each time you have accepted a returned product. Upon your confirmation, we will then issue a refund to the customer.
