Veribo Rasam Powder: (100 gms)
Preparation: (1 Liter) Cook Toor Dal using Pressure Cooker. Add salt to taste and Veribo Rasam Powder (2-3 teaspoons), Tamarind Juice (2-3 teaspoons), Jaggery if required, and Curry Leaves. Again cook for 5 minutes. For Garnishing add Chopped Coriander leaves and Coconut paste or dry coconut. If required add chopped onion. Ready to serve for 3-4 persons.
