Sambar Powder: (100 gms)
Preparation: (1 Liter) Cook Toor Dal along with Chopped Vegetables using Pressure Cooker. Add salt to taste and Veribo Sambar Powder (3-4 teaspoons), Tamarind Juice (2-3 teaspoons), add Coconut paste or dry coconut and cook for 5 more minutes. Ready to serve for 2-3 persons.
