This item consists of two separate record albums dealing with fitness and exercise.
Record #1: FEEL GOOD, LOOK GREAT! Exercise along with Debbie Drake, Epic # LN 24034 mono 33 1/3rpm made in 1963. The cover pictures Debbie Drake in a floor position exercise with a stereo system of the day. I cn not read the brand name. This vinyl is in great shap,e no scratches. The jacket and instruction booklet have water damage .
Record #2:KEEP FIT, BE HAPPY with Bonnie Prudden, WB # B 135W stereo, made in 1959. Bonnie's report to President Eisenhower prompted his formation of the President's Council on Youth Fitness. She headed the Institute for Physical Fitness, was Fitness Editor for Sport's Illustrated and NBC Today Show and directed the Amvets fitness program. She had been a regular on Dave Garroway's Today Show..
This vinyl record has several very light scratches. The jacket is a bi-fold with instruction material on the inside covers.The corners and edges all have very little wear with some wear on the front. The back is stainned.
