BWC Extra Gentle Eye Make-up Remover with an herbal extract and vegetable glycerin gently removes all types of makeup, including water-resistant, completely and easily without irritation. It leaves no oily residue. Make-up can be reapplied immediately after use.
Ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerine, decyl glucoside, Hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) extract, cocamidopropyl betaine, phenoxyethanol, ethyl hexyl glycerin.
Directions: Moisten a cotton pad with makeup remover. Gently wipe eye area. Follow with your regular facial cleansing routine.
