Edens Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We are pleased to accept returns or exchange any unused unopened non-electronic item within 5 days of delivery by requesting a RMA via email: cs@shopedens.com. All products require a RMA prior to being returned. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, tags and labels still attached, in original packaging and must be accompanied by receipt. If the item has been opened or is not in it's original condition, a store credit will be issued.

Once the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected, you will be issued the appropriate refund or store credit in accordance with our return policy. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected both before leaving our facility and before being accepted by our returns department to ensure the quality of the items received. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, stained, with odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or that have been tampered with in any way will not receive credit of any form. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 5 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense. Please put 'Return Authorization Number Issued' on the outside of the box.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all fees associated with the return of the product. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

We are unable to refund or exchange the following items:

- Earrings, hair products, cosmetics, swimwear and undergarments such as panties and bras due to health and hygiene regulations.

- Made to order, personalized, or engraved products.

- Perishable products.

- Digital downloads.

- Gift Certificates

- Closeouts, sale and markdown items.

- Shipping and handling fees.

Please note the following:

- We do not accept drop off returns.

- There is a 30% restocking fee per item for all returns and/or exchanges.

- We are not responsible for items returned to any other address than what's listed.

- Occasionally, we offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no exchange or no return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

- It can take 7-14 business days to process a return once it has been received.

- All returns and exchanges are at our discretion, and your request may be respectfully denied.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please ship the original and unused item within 5 days of receiving your RMA number, along with a copy of your receipt to:
