This is a ceramic piece that is Hand Painted by me. It is 17 1/2 inches tall, 8 inches wide from the Eagle tail to beak. There is a place in the back where you can put a light, and the village has cut outs for the light to shine through. This is a Beautiful piece and if you are already decorating in the Southwest Theme it would be a great addition.I do not know why you can not put NEW but that is what this is. I bought it to paint and to sell.
