If customer terminates the ACN Digital Phone Service before the end of the initial contract period, ACN may charge the normal activation fee of 11,765 Ft incl. 27% VAT upon termination, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. If no initial contract period is agreed (i.e. the agreement is concluded for an indefinite term) the normal Activation Fee of 11,765 Ft applies.
