Carlo had a feeling something was wrong the instant he stepped onto platform JULIUS, a platform of numerous young cliques, theaters, skate parks, and quite an extraordinary view of the sunset. He and his friends drink beer, smoke new age hazard- free tobacco cigars, and talk about the history of the greatest migration of mankind from an overpopulated Earth to planet Quantum-59. The history is frightening and the fact that history seems to be repeating itself doesn't make it any less unsettling.​​
