The adapter snaps into any iPod universal dock and accepts universal dock adapters. For use with BOSE SoundDock I units, a special dock adapter is included. The passPORT USB home Charging Adapter is specifically designed to fix the charging error associated with several iPod docking stations and will allow you to charge your devices from any iPod universal dock in your home.
