PLAIN DOSA
THE PROMISE OF PURITY WITH
FRESH 'N' FINE INGREDIENTS
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Lentil Flour, Common Salt, Raising Agent (E 500 ii), Acidity regulators (E 330, E262i)
and fenugreek powder.
Directions to use:
1. Add 400-440 ml of water to the contents of this pack and stir it to make a smooth better. Keep it aside for five minutes.
2. Smear little oil on a non stick pan and heat with medium flame. Cool the pan with a wet cloth. Pour half cup of batter on the pan and spread it evenly and gently with the back of a ladle. Pour a little oil on and around the DOSA and allow it to cook till it is golden brown.
3. Serve hot with tops sambhar and coconut chuteny.
Tip: The thinner and crispier the DOSA, the better it tastes.
