This book provides problem-solving techniques ideal for students and young engineers just starting out in their careers. Each subtopic under Electronics is addressed in a separate section and begins with a brief explanation of the topic. Then the math derivations are provided. This information does not intend to teach the topic but rather provides a reference to the topic. After the derivations 5 fully worked out problems and 5 practice problems make use of practical issues forcing the reader to look at the same problem from various angles, thereby driving home the problem-solving technique.
