the plate is clear with the door knocker etched in. this plate was made for representatives only. there are no scratches or chips or mar of any kind. the original box is a little rough the writing is plain and is signed by the president of Avon.. The plate has been in storage for a few years. It was given to my Mother more than 20 years ago.
