Returns and Exchanges
MagZ-BagZ stands behind its' products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for an exchange of your product or full refund to your credit card, less shipping charges (and duties, import taxes, brokerage, and other fees). Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
Products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This condition will be assessed upon receipt. If item is not re-saleable, in our judgement, reimbursement will not be forthcoming. At this time, it is up to the purchaser if they wish to have the product returned to them for their use or to simply drop the exchange/return process. Again, all shipping, duties, import taxes, brokerage, and other fees will be to the purchaser's expense.

Proper insurance and care must be taken in the return or exchange of the product so that it is not damaged in transit and should damage occur, the product is fully covered by insurance.
Before returning or exchanging a product, the purchaser must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number. This may be obtained by writing to info@magz-bagz.com. Please write explaining the reason for the return or exchange and an authorization number will be emailed to the purchaser for inclusion with the return.
