There is a no refund policy on this purchase unless, a) you no longer have a dog, b) you ordered by mistake and or are out of my area of service, and most importantly, a refund can only be for the original purchaser. a register will be kept for these orders and signitures will be required on completion of wash to validate that job has been supplied and is completed.
