AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT Please call our customer service department within 30 days of purchase at 60128371045 to obtain an authorization to return a defective item for replacement or credit. Any non-defective item also would need to be returned within 30 days and will be accessed a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise will be returned to either our facility or direct to the manufacturer. Non-defective merchandise must be in its original inner packaging as shipped by us or our suppliers including protective packaging material to prevent damage during shipment. Inner package must not be torn, marked, defaced, or damaged. Any such returns will be returned at customer's expense. Much of our merchandise comes with a manufacturer guarantee or warranty. Please follow the instructions provided in the warranty or guarantee for repair or replacement.
