Four pieces of authentic sea glass- two green and two white. Each earring consists of a stack of 2 frosty pieces of sea glass...1 bright green and 1 flawless clear. These "ocean gems" dangle approx 3/4" from sterling silver earwires.
I only use authentic sea glass in my jewelry creations. The four pieces used in these earrings took me well over a year to find, and with the exception of a warm water/mild dish soap bath, and the drilling needed to create the "stack", the sea glass appears exactly as they were when they washed up on the beach. No extra tumbling, no oils to enhance the colors... it's my belief the the ocean does a wonderful job of taking discarded man-made glass and turning it into a beautiful ocean gem.
