We will gladly return or exchange clean, unwashed and unworn merchandise, accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, or refund in the original form of payment or credit if the original receipt is not available. Replacement orders are shipped upon return of merchandise in a sellable condition. Please give us two weeks to complete the exchange or refund process.

Return a copy of the invoice with reason for return or exchange.
Enclose merchandise with invoice in a securely packed return merchandise package.

Upon receipt, a credit in the form of payment used, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling will be issued, no cash refunds. Any price differentials will be charged or credited back to your original form of payment if it is an exchange.
On returns, shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back to Smoochies Tees is the responsibility of the customer. (Postage must be prepaid. COD will not be accepted.) We suggest using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost packages.
If you simply want to do an even exchange of an item (the same item) because it is the wrong size or color we will provide you with a pre-paid label for your exchange and we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping costs to you. For all other exchanges, a shipping charge will be deducted from the total of your exchange.
