This is a fantastic product that I put in my orange juice that helps my joints in my legs especially. The only supplement that is missing is hylauronic acid that creates sinusoidal fluid. I buy about 6 a year.

This product,mixed in juice, will provide joint building nutrients that will relieve your pain and it provides almost all of the essential nutrients known to rebuild joints. This mixture is far better than 80% of the other products sold for this purpose. The only nutrients missing are Bromelain,Tumeric,Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid which creates sinusoidal fluid.
