2. Receipt of notification of a Customer's decision to return product(s) that have not been opened by e-mail and an alert at the ECA Center by Seller (victoriousthw4u.tripleclicks.com)

3. Receipt of the returned product(s) properly addressed and packaged to assure arrival in their original condition

4. Careful inspection and inventory of product(s) to establish that they arrived in marketable condition, then and only then
