This spectacular Carved Turquoise Butterfly Silver Concho Belt is a ONE OF A KIND, beautiful work of wearable art!
Each genuine Turquoise concho is hand carved into a butterfly relief. These heavy weight, natural Cananea Turquoise nuggets were hand carved into Butterflies.
Eleven Butterflies in total, ten conchos and one buckle.
A touch of brown to black matrix weaves through the dazzling, polished nuggets of Turquoise.
Hand twisted Sterling Silver wire and traditional designs in Sterling Silver surround each piece. The bottom layer is nickel Silver and will not tarnish. Set on a leather backing, each concho is attached with copper slides.
The buckle is about 3-1/8" wide by 2-5/8" tall. Conchos are approximately 3" wide and 2-1/2" tall. The leather belt can be cut to fit.
Stamped "Hand Made" and signed by Artist Joey McCray with a Hallmark.
