This Ceremonial Wooden Rawhide Pow Wow Drum is a beautiful piece of traditionally hand made art.
The drum heads are made of rawhide leather. Rawhide is soaked in water so it will be more pliable, then stretched over a hollowed cottonwood log and laced together over the frame with rawhide straps.
This functional instrument would be beautiful on display. Hand painted with reddish brown and green accents.
The drum is approximately 10-1/2" by 9" with a 9" diameter, and is 16" tall.
