FDI Policies and Procedures regarding Payment, Shipping, Returns, & Refunds
PAYMENT POLICY
%uF0A7 Products will only be shipped to verified Billing Address for credit or debit card payment.
%uF0A7 Orders will be processed and shipped upon clearing of payment. Depending upon your financial
institution, it may take 1 to 3 business days for payments to clear.
SHIPPING POLICY
%uF0A7 Shipping/Handling fees consist of not only shipping, but also additional expenses including, but not
limited to, packing materials and labor.
%uF0A7 Purchaser is responsible for the shipping and handling fees which are non-refundable.
%uF0A7 Provisioned orders are shipped within 1 business day of completion of programming and testing.
%uF0A7 Item will be shipped by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS, or similar depending on the item size and
destination. We reserve the right to select the specific carrier.
%uF0A7 Tracking numbers will be issued and emailed to the customer at the time the shipping label is created.
It may be the following business day before the shipper has possession of the package and said
tracking number is traceable in shipper%u2019s system.
%uF0A7 In an effort to protect our customers and prevent fraud, all shipments will require a signature to release
shipment to the customer. No exceptions will be made.
%uF0A7 Transit time will vary depending upon the customer%u2019s distance from our various shipping facilities. For
more information on your particular shipment, please contact customer support. See shipper%u2019s website
for more information on transit times.
%uF0A7 Insurance is optional but highly recommended for all shipments in case of shipping damage, lost or
stolen packages. We will NOT be responsible for any lost or damage if buyer did not purchase
insurance from us.
%uF0A7 No COD service will be provided.
%uF0A7 No will call or warehouse pickups are allowed. All items must be shipped to their destination. No
exceptions will be made.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
%uF0A7 Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. In such case, customer can request
exchange or full refund any time prior to the shipment of the order.
%uF0A7 Products are returnable in accordance to the terms and conditions stated herein. Services are
cancellable; however the first or current month of any pre-paid service, such as FDIVoice, FDIMobile,
FDIHandsFree , or other service is non-refundable.
%uF0A7 Items damaged in shipment must be noted and claims filed within 24 hours of verified delivery date and
time.
%uF0A7 Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products, you
may opt to ship back the item with 30 days of order or 14 days of initial scheduled receipt of product by
customer, whichever is latest, assuming the following conditions are met:
%uF0A7 RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued by FDI and RMA procedures
followed in order to assure whole or partial refund.
%uF0A7 Products that are returned for any reason other than manufacturer%u2019s defect are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
%uF0A7 Products may not be returned after expiration of return window. Products deemed defective
after expiration of return window are subject to the terms of the manufacturer%u2019s warranty.
%uF0A7 Returned products must be returned in as new resalable condition including all original
packaging and accessories. If products are not resalable as new, FDIMobile reserves the right
to either refuse products or adjust the restocking fee accordingly.
%uF0A7 Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
%uF0A7 No refunds or exchanges will be made for products showing signs of misuse, abuse, or
immersion or any other condition that would void the manufacturer%u2019s warranty.
%uF0A7 SIM cards, once removed from packaging are non-returnable and non-refundable.
%uF0A7 Returns and replacements under any optional insurance program are subject to the terms and
conditions of that plan, which may differ from that stated herein.
ACCOUNT PAYMENTS, ACTIVATION, DEACTIVATION, & CANCELLATION
%uF0A7 All FDIVoice, FDI HandsFree, and FDIMobile service accounts are Pre-Paid service accounts, meaning
that payment is rendered prior to providing said service.
%uF0A7 All FDIVoice, FDI HandsFree, and FDIMobile service accounts are on a month-to-month contract that
will automatically renew on the anniversary date for an additional calendar month, unless account is
cancelled 5 business days prior to the anniversary date. Accounts not cancelled within the 5 day
window will be considered cancelled upon the next anniversary date.
%uF0A7 No proration or partial refunds or credits are available.
%uF0A7 Payment is due on the anniversary date and will automatically be charged using the same credit or
debit card used to establish the account.
%uF0A7 If payment is unsuccessful and not completed within 5 business days of anniversary date, account will
be deactivated for non-payment.
%uF0A7 If account remains delinquent or deactivated for a period extending to the next anniversary date (1
month less 5 day grace period), account will be permanently cancelled and the associated phone
number returned to inventory and made available to other subscribers.
%uF0A7 Phone numbers of deactivated, cancelled, or disputed accounts are not portable and may not be
recoverable.
%uF0A7 To reactivate a deactivated or delinquent account, a $25 reactivation fee plus the delinquent month%u2019s
service must be remitted. Billing anniversary date will remain the same as initial anniversary date.
