*We purchased this for a Christmas present and it wasn't what we thought it was. The monitor fits over your review mirror and takes the place of it and it just wasn't quite what the receivers of this gift wanted. We figure that possibly this would be perfect for a motor home and/or vehicles that don't have a rearview mirror as the whole system works great and would allow a motor home driver to see what is behind them when they are backing up.The box has been opened and the unit was easily installed and uninstalled. The contents are in good like new condition.
