THRIVE Quick Oats can be made into simple, yet delicious oatmeal. Try adding a variety of mix-in such as
berries, brown sugar, syrup, or other fruits.
NO GMOs: no bioengineered ingredients
NO artificial colors or flavors
Directions:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add a dash of salt and 1 cup oatmeal, then return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
*For a creamier oatmeal, use milk instead of water.

Easy...wow.
Just good old plain oats, you can't beat this! I just boil water in my "hot-pot" tea pot, and pour it right over the oats in a bowl and wait a few minutes. Then I add whatever I think sounds good. Good real Maple syrup and butter, usually. It is summer time right now, but we've had cool and rainy days so this is perfect for a quick, healthy meal.
