The watch features a large display that shows and records your heart rate and target zone, enabling you to fine-tune your fitness program to get maximum results. The 4-button watch is ECG accurate, so you can trust the readings, and also includes a time/date setting, as well as a stopwatch and 15 lap storage. The exercise heart rate monitor is water resistant and interfaces with heart rate interactive exercise equipment both at home and at the gym. It comes complete with a chest strap, vinyl carrying case, and operates using user-changeable CR2032 button cell batteries.
