Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules, morning and evening with meals.

“ These are a part of my weekly supplemental diet. I love having these cause before these i only got Turmeric in my hot tea and this is hard to do in the summer cause Tea steams me up when it is hot. I now take 2 or 3 per day with my meals and i feel great. Thank the makers of this product cause i added it to my daily vitamins. A Great Product. JDE ”
