This is an Original Vintage Collectable 1932 Buick Model 50-S, 5-window Coupe - Rare Antique
In 1932 total Buick production, of all models combined, was 55,086. Of that number there were only 1,905 Model 50-S Coupes produced. It is believed there are only six of these Model 50-S Coupes in existence today. I cannot verify that fact but believe it to be accurate.
This particular Coupe has been completely professionally restored. This beautiful specimen is 95% original. The Body & Frame are Factory original and have never been separated. There is no rust or deterioration on the undercarriage. It is as clean as the rest of the car.

The Fold-Down luggage rack caps off the rear end of this beauty for use on extended trips.
The convenient Golf Club Door on the right hand side allows easy carrying of golf clubs even when there are passengers in the Rumble Seat.
The Wire Spoke Wheels were introduced in 1932 to replace the previously Wood Spoke wheels.
The Dual Mounted Spare Tires were an innovative option offered in 1932.
The front and rear Chrome Bumpers were also optional.
The Dual Horns, Headlamps, Taillight and Hubcaps are handsomely crafted and matched showing the pride in workmanship that existed in 1932.
The transmission is a three speed with reverse with floor shift lever.
The “all new†Wizard Control Synchromesh transmission shifter was introduced by Buick in 1932. The Wizard Control Synchromesh permitted drivers/owners to have both “free-wheeling†and “no-clutch†shifting between second and third gears.
Also introduced by Buick in 1932 as a component of this beauty is the manually controlled "Suspension Ride Regulator" system. Simply put, this system is controlled by the driver via a six-setting lever attached to the steering column, permitting him to tune the stiffness of the suspension to compensate for ever-changing road conditions.
As with many other automobiles of this era Buick used beautiful wood for the interior trim and dashboard. This particular feature on this vehicle is immaculate.
Buick adopted the straight-8 engine in 1931 as a more powerful alternative to the previous inline-6 cylinder engines. Buick had been using a valve-in-head [OHV] overhead valve design or I-head since its inception and continued this practice in their inline-8 designs. The engine has a displacement of 230.4 cubic inches (3,776 cc) the bore & stroke are 2.9375†X 4.2500†(73.7313 X 106.6750 mm)
