ECAS ONLY: How do I add Images to my product listings?

The images have to be uploaded and have to be named per our instruction.

The process of importing multiple products works as follows.
1.  You import your data for your product listing
2.  After you have done that, you'll see the image uploader.  You need to use the image uploader to upload all your product images.

In order to ensure your images link up with your products correctly, the file names must be exactly as follows:

If your product ID is 12345, then your first image should be called 12345-1.jpg, your second should be 12345-2.jpg, and your third should be 12345-3.jpg

Also, even if you're uploading only one image, you still need to have the "-1" at the end of the file name. 

Also, if you wish to try uploading the properly-named images again without re-uploading the entire excel file, you can go directly to the photo upload step by going here: http://www.tripleclicks.com/ECA/ECAMultiListerUpload.php

Once the imported items have made it past step 3 (where you edit the imported data before submitting it for final approval), any photos you upload via that link will be automatically added to the products with matching IDs. This isn't something we advertise, but it does work.

Note: If you need to adjust or change a photo later, this can be done using the ECA Product Manager. Photo captions can also be adjusted using the Listings Manager.
