We deliver to most addresses in the UK, including the Channel Islands*. We regret we are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO boxes at this time.
All courier fees are correct at the time of press, however, the couriers can make an extended area surcharge for some areas in various countries, and various postcodes. Should we find that the rates do not match those listed on the drop down menus, we will contact you directly to ensure that you still wish your order to be processed. If you provide us with your full postal address and product information prior to placing your order, we will check the courier costs and notify you before you place your order.

Track Your Order When your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, you can use to track your package How will I know when my order is complete? Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email and your order goes into a queue to be processed for picking and packing.Your order will go through three statuses before it arrives, these are: Pending the order has been confirmed and it is waiting in a queue for your items to be picked. Processing your goods are being picked and packed for dispatch. Complete your goods are packed and on their way.
CLICK AND COLLECT- AVAILABLE SOON UK Only. Available for collection at your chosen shop after 5 working days. Please remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation to collect your order. This must be presented physically or electronically to a member of staff before you can receive your goods. Failure to present your order confirmation will result in us asking for an alternate form of identification i.e. bank card, driving license/ household bill We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but for security reasons the person you've nominated must present your order confirmation and a form of id for themselves. We must also contact you by telephone to authorise this.

All orders are shipped from the UK. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
RETURNS We hope that you will love your order! However, if there is a problem please contact us, our approach is in accordance with the following policies:
UK Orders, Goods must be returned in good condition as new, with packaging intact and undamaged, within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price and delivery charges. Please return by Royal Mail.
EU Orders, Goods must be returned within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price and delivery charge. The cost of return is non-refundable and we reserves the right to arrange collection, in which case the customer will be responsible for the collection charges. Goods must be returned in as new condition, without damage to goods or packaging.
Non-EU Orders, Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The delivery charge and cost of returning the goods will only be refunded in the event that the goods have been returned due to being faulty or incorrect at the time of receipt. They must be returned in as new condition, with no damage to the packaging. In any case please contact us prior to return.
Items originally despatched from the UK but returned from a non-UK address will be treated as being an order from the country where the goods are being returned from. Here is what you need to do:
The goods being returned must be unused, in their original packaging including dog tags, dust bag and labels. All products must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Products should be returned unmarked and in the original, undamaged packaging, as this is considered part of the product. Products that are returned without a box or original packaging, in a damaged box or with marks will not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Next to your items on the despatch note which is sent with your order, please advise the reason for return, also if you desire a refund or replacement and select the reason. It is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or a replacement. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
Faulty products will be assessed and if appropriate we will either refund you the value of the product and the original delivery charge, or action a replacement for which you will not be charged the additional postage.

For orders outside the UK we strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for the returned items. For orders within the UK please use Royal Mail.
We will contact you by email to let you know that your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to process from receipt by our Returns Department.
For Click and Collect Customers: Any refund out of policy will be at the discretion of the Online team, and will normally be given in Store Credit to the value of the current selling price.
Exchanges Please note we do not offer exchanges for alternative items, colours or sizes. An exchange is placed as a new order. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again. You will be refunded for any returned item(s) in line with the policy stated above.
PROOF OF PURCHASE Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card, used to purchase.
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them please follow this procedure:
Email our customer services team at [email protected] If you request a refund or replacement due to faulty goods, we will assess the faulty products. If appropriate we will refund you the value of the product and the original delivery charge, or action an replacement for which you will not be charged additional postage. Please allow 5 to 7 working days turnaround time for replacements.
If your goods become faulty over time: Our products are made to the highest standards, with rigorous quality control checks made throughout the manufacturing process. Please be aware that leather and wood are natural products and a level of marking or graining on them is to be expected. We consider this an important aspect of each leather or wooden products individuality.
Where products do not perform to expected quality standards we offer the following guarantees:

This guarantee covers faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
