The AquaSource Start Easy Programme is recommended for all new customers. The Start Easy Programme is specifically designed to help your body slowly cleanse itself of toxins and waste matter. The Start Easy Programme also helps safeguard levels of enzymes and friendly bacteria.
The Start Easy Programme
Enzymes - Digestive enzymes are critical to proper digestion. Digestive enzymes have been combined to help support your body’s own natural digestive process.
Bifidus - Found naturally in the colonic area of the large intestine, Bifidus helps promote a favourable balance of friendly bacteria, allowing efficient function and elimination of toxins.
Acidophilus - Native to the small intestines, these friendly bacteria also help maintain digestive health.
AquaSource Algae - Never frozen, and dried at low temperature using our proprietary BioActive Dehydration® process, AquaSource Blue-Green Algae from Upper Klamath Lake is, on a gram for gram basis, an extremely rich and pure source of a wide range of key nutrients.
Programme Summary
1. The body’s ability to get the most sustenance from the food and drink we consume depends on the quality of our digestive system and the intestinal tract.
2. This Programme is designed to ensure levels of the important enzymes and friendly bacteria the digestive system needs to function efficiently.
3. 4-week Programme consisting of AquaSource Algae, Digestive Enzymes, Acidophilus and Bifidus Complex.

Directions:
Week 1 - Take two Bifidus before retiring and one Enzyme twice per day before meals.
Week 2 - Take two Acidophilus in the morning 40 minutes before eating, one Enzyme twice per day before meals, one Algae and two Bifidus before retiring.
Week 3 - Same as Week 2 and increase Algae to two caps per day.
Week 4 - Complete Acidophilus programme, take Enzymes and increase Algae to three per day.
Drink as much spring or purified water as possible – aim for 2 litres per day. Sufficient water is essential for proper elimination of toxins from the body and for health.
Many people continue to take the AquaSource Algae and Digestive Enzymes after the Start Easy Programme. Others continue with Fatty Acid Complex, Super Antioxidant and other AquaSource products that meet their specific needs.
