Mask:
Apply the mask to previously well-cleansed and toned skin in a thick layer. Rinse after 15 minutes.
Scrub:
Apply the scrub to the face, neck and upper chest and massage for a minute or two using circular movements. Rinse with lukewarm water. Clean the skin this way once or twice a week; in the case of dry skin, once every two weeks or as necessary. We recommend toning the skin after exfoliation.
