Made from 100% lightly roasted Grade A peanuts, THRIVE Peanut Flour is a healthy alternative to peanut butter. Add sugar, salt, and oil for peanut butter just the way you like it, or sprinkle the flour into smoothies, cookies, and more for a boost of protein and flavor!
Directions:To make peanut butter, mix 1 c. THRIVE Peanut Flour with 2 tbsp. sugar, ½ tsp. salt, ⅔ c. water, and 1 ½ tbsp. oil (use more or less sugar, salt, and oil to suit dietary needs). Makes 1 cup.
