This little book is an excellent guide for anyone who wants to improve their leadership skills. It is specifically targeted towards the network marketing industry, although the content would be equally relevant to anyone in a leadership role.
There are 6 short chapters, covering topics such as:
- what it means to be a leader
- improving your communication skills
- learning to empower others
In my opinion, this book is worth its cover price for the section on communication alone.
