Yes. For an ECA's overall orders, a maximum of 70% can be paid via gift certificates and TCredits. A minimum of 30% must be paid with credit card and/or PayPal. If the 70% threshold is reached, the merchant can no longer accept gift certificates or TCredits for payment UNTIL their overall ratio of orders has returned to a minimum of 30% paid with credit card and/or PayPal. This is policy applies to all ECA orders as of 12/15/16.
