You can make this dish using glass noodles, or MaMa Noodles. It has a tart spicy flavor. You could add ground pork, sliced beef, mushroom or shrimp and a little fresh cilantro to make the prefect Thai dish....

1. Boil water 300ml
2. Add Contents of packet
3. Stir until evenly dissolved
4. Add Pork or Chicken pieces
5. Add Pea Egg Plants, Green Egg Plant, Fresh Red Chile Peppers and Basil Leaves
6. Heat until boil, serve.
