So, you may within 14 days to return or replace all physical, non-digital items (paintings, drawings, printed reproductions, photo prints) purchased from us, and we will refund your money if the products are defective or damaged or for any reason you no longer want them. By Law you are entitled to withdraw your order within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. In addition to the value of the sold goods, we will also refund the postage cost if you received delivered damaged goods. Please provide us with your bank details so that we can make a refund for returned goods. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 14 day return period. After 14 days all sales are final.

Please provide a short summary of your reason for wanting to return your item. Danna Shop will make every attempt to provide you with a shipping label to have your defective item(s) returned to us. ONLY replacements are allowed on defective or unwanted products, and you will be responsible for the difference in price if you wish to replace a product for a more expensive one. Replacement for different sizes is accepted.
