Vangibath Powder: (100 gms)
First chop vegetables like Brinjal / Capsicum / Peas and keep the Frying Pan Ready with little Vegetable Oil and add mustard seeds and add chopped vegetables and fry in the pan for few minutes. Add salt to taste and Veribo Vangibath Powder and continue to fry for few minutes. Once you get a pleasant aroma, just add the preparation to Rice and mix well. Veribo delicious Vangibath is now ready to serve.
