Apply Egyptian Colocynth ointment only when you have washed your skin carefully (the skin should be
washed for a couple of minutes with neutral soap and a brush) and the skin remains slightly moist.
Apply a thin layer of ointment on the problematic area and rub it until the product is completely absorbed.
Cover the area where the ointment was applied with a natural (woollen) fabric for at least 15 minutes.

* ...Egyptian Colocynth ointment is effective. I do a lot of gardening and this affects my joints. This is why I use the ointment.
