Systemic Enzyme Blend is a systemic blend of proteolytic enzymes. The blend includes pancreatin, trypsin, and chymostrypsin which are all produced by the pancreas, as well as bromelain from pineapple and papain from papaya. The chief function of proteolytic enzymes is the breakdown of protein which aids in digestion. As a dietary supplement, adults take three (3) enteric-coated tablets, two (2) times a day between meals, or as directed by a health care professional.
