This is a 1 ounce package of Cindy's Loose Herbal Tea - Energy Blend. The ingredients for this tea are: organic basil leaf, organic rosemary leaf, organic peppermint left and organic spearmint leaf. This is one of my favorite tea blends. It is very refreshing. It is in a heat sealed, re-sealable bag. All teas are blended and packaged when your order is placed for freshness. Also included in your order is a stainless steel tea ball. You put your loose tea in this ball and steep it in your tea cup.
