1. Introduction
C1303 is a microcomputer controller to control both temperature and humidity, with the following
input and output:
l Temp.and humidity sensor(HP)
l Temp.-control relay K1 (16A 250VAC)
l Humidity-control relay K2 (10A 250VAC)
2. Error status:
1.E-T error in temp.
2.E-H error in humidity.
3.PrE error in parameter. Enter parameter menu and select dFu; then select 1 to restore to its
default. Then reset the parameter.
4.L-t temp. is lower than the lowest alarm temp.(LSt).
5.L-H humidity is lower than the lowest alarm humidity.(LSH).
6.H-t temp. is higher than the highest alarm temp.(USt).
7.H-H humidity is higher than the highest alarm humidity.(USH).
3. 1 Panel
SET: In programming mode, it is used to select the parameter to set or to confirm programming
operation.
Press SET, controller will display set humidity.(sp);
Press SET for 6 seconds to set up the set humidity value(sp);
â–²(UP): browse parameters or add parameters in programming mode.
â–¼ (DOWN): browse parameters or reduce parameters in programming mode.
Combination key:
â–² + â–¼ lock or unlock the keyboard
SET +â–² press them simultaneously and enter the mode of parameter setting
3.2 LED status
LED status Function
on temp.-control relay(K1) is on

T off Controller displays humidity
SET on Set status
3.3 Check and modify set temperature(SPt)
1. Press SET and then relax, it will display SPt;
2. Press SET for 6 seconds, it will display set temperature(SPt) in flashï¼›
3. Pressâ–²orâ–¼to modify SPt;
4. Press SET again to save SPt and return to its display mode. If there is no press in 10
seconds,controller will return to its display mode.
3.4 Check and modify set humidity(SPH)
1. Press and then relax at once, it will display SPH;
2. Press for 6 seconds, it will display set humidity (SPH) in flash;

3. Pressâ–²orâ–¼to modify SPH
4. Press SET to save SPH and return to its display mode; if there is no display in 10
seconds,controller will return to its display mode.
3.5 How to modify parameters
1. Press combination key SET+â–² for 6 seconds to enter parameter management;
2. Pressâ–²orâ–¼ to select parameters to set;
3. Press SET it will display the selected parameter;
4. Pressâ–²orâ–¼to change parameters;
5. Press SET to store the modification and return to parameter management;
6. Select End or there is no press in 10 seconds, controller will return to display mode.
3.6 How to lock and unlock keyboard
1. Press combination keyâ–²+â–¼for 3 seconds to lock and unlock keyboard;
2. If keyboard is locked, controller will display OFF; if keyboard is unlocked, controller will display
ON.
4. Parameter table
Ust: up-limit of temp.. range: -19.9-100C, default: 100C.
UsH: up-limit of humidity. range: 0.1-100%RH, default: 100%RH.
Lst: low-limit of temp. range: -20.0-99.9C, default: -20.0C.
LsH: low-limit of humidity. range: 0.0-99.9%RH, default: 0%RH.
CAt: temp. sensor compensation. range:-10.0-10.0C default: 0.0C
CAH: humidity sensor compensation range: -10.0-10.0%RH default: 0.0%RH
HSt: temp. control hysteresis range: 0.1-20.0C default: 1.0C
HSH: humidity control hysteresis range: 0.1-20.0%RH default: 3.0%RH
HAt: temp.-alarm control hysteresis default: 0.1-20.0C default: 1.0C
HAH: humidity-alarm control systersis default: 0.1-20.0%RH default: 3.0%RH
C-H: temp. control mode range: 0-1 default: 1

* C-H is set as 0. When temp. is higher than SPt, temp. control relay K1 will open; when temp.
drops to sp –HSt, temp. control relay K1 will shut off.
* C-H is set as 1ï¼› When temp. is lower than SPt, temp. control relay will open; when temp. rises to
sp + HSt, temp. control relay K1 will shut off.
d-H: humidity control mode range: 0-1 default: 1

* d-H is set as 0. When humidity is higher than spH, humidity control relay K2 will open; when
humidity drops to spH–HSH, humidity control relay K2 will shut off.
* d-H is set as 1. When humidity is lower than spH, humidity control relay K2 will open; when
humidity rises to spH+HSH, humidity control relay K2 will shut off.
S-t: switching period of temp. and humidity range: 1-255 seconds default: 5 seconds
S-H: display mode range: 0-2 default: 0
0 display temp. or humidity according to S-t
1 display temp. only
2 display humidity only
dFu: range: 0-1
1 return to default
0 no change
END: parameter setting is finished.
