* An Emphasis on Non-Functional Fitness. Walk into any
mainstream gym or fitness club and look around for a
minute. I guarantee most of the people you see are
counting off reps on bench press machines, doing behind
the neck pull downs, squeezing out leg extensions and so
on. You may also notice most of these people don't have
a body you would aspire to.
They are also generally not
very strong in real life (not on a machine) situations. By
