Lazarus is an old man. An old man covered in scars. His only friend, Gordon, has left him. One night, Lazarus is accidentally discovered by a police officer who checks him into a hospital. The doctors are terrified at the mysterious devices found underneath his skin. Lazarus has no explanation or recollection of what may have happened to him... that is, until they begin to remove the strange devices!
Immediately, Lazarus begins to have terrifying nightmares that slowly reveal clues to what happened to his body. But these memories prove to be too frightening, too painful. Now he must stay awake long enough to find Gordon and put an end to all of this. After all, if you don't sleep, you don't dream...
