This set of wooden Japanese Shogi wooden pieces are hand engraved by a Japanese craftsman whose name can be seen on one of the Kings.
The wood is white camellia (Shiratsubaki). The engraving is "medium cut" (not too shallow, not too deep).
The pieces are stored in a wooden box.
The items has not been used and the pieces are still in their wrappers.
