The basic product is perfect for most people but some might require some specialist features which can be accommodated for a little extra.
Anything extra will be agreed with you by email beforehand.
Additional charges include but are not limited to:
To have it uploaded to a YouTube channel of your choosing = $10
For more than 3 emails / communications about deciding on which text, images or audio you want for your video PRIOR to Confirmation of Content for creating video = $10 minimum for each additional communication
Once decided and Content is Confirmed: for More than 2 changes to your video text and / or visuals / audio PRIOR to creating video = $5 for each additional change
For any images or audio outside of my stock offerings = Individual charge assessed and agreed before use.
Any changes requested AFTER video completed = Individual charge assessed and agreed before use.
REFUNDS:
After Initial Discussion about the video whether by email or other communication, where I go into detail and give you various options that will work for you and your business you will have 30 days to decide on and confirm your video content.
If more than 30 days expires between Initial Discussion and Confirmation of Content, then the full amount will be forfeited. There will be no video and there will be no refund.
30 days is ample time to decide on text, images and audio and usually the choice is straight forward and simple.
I have this NO REFUNDS policy to encourage decisive action so that you get your valuable video created fast and effectively.
Once created there will be no refunds as it is a bespoke product created exclusively for you and all details confirmed by you before creation.
