The complete guide for anyone who faces sudden change at work, in technology, and in the world around them. In "Changing Directions Without Losing Your Way," the authors who helped pioneer the "working from home" revolution identify the six stages of change in business and in life. For each of these stages, Paul and Sarah Edwards demonstrate how to understand and assess change for what it is, and then recast career aspects to adapt to new realities. From facing a new reality, releasing the past, and finding an inner compass, to embracing the future, developing a strategy, to putting the show on the road, the six stages of change are clearly explained.

These audio tapes should be in the homes of everyone. They are excellent teaching tools taught, with the spoken word and I was drawn into every word. These two amazing people have the outstanding ability to, make you feel comforted as the realization allows you to face the yearnings of your body's inner compass. They explain how we've become trapped in places of fear, "frozen in a passionate pit." Paul and Sarah Edwards teach us how to embrace the future with a strategic method. This is something I definitely will share with my friends and loved ones.

I am happy that I found this. I had the book, but loaned it to a friend, who never returned it. Now I can listen to it any where. Thank you.
