Rare Shaquille O'Neal 1992 Classic Draft Pick #1 - Promotional Promo Card #11 given by Classic at the National Sports Collectors Convention at the Georgia World Congress Center July 9-12, 1992. This promo card was given to dealers at the convention. They in turn sold the card to collectors. Some paid up to $100 at the show. I have not seen any of these being sold recently at local card shows.
